Sales Tax:
Buyers that reside in the State of Illinois will be charged 8% sales tax on all purchases. Buyers that reside outside of the State of Illinois will not be charged sales tax on purchases. Laws are subject to change without notice at any time.

Your order(s) will usually ship the same business day, provided there are not unresolved issues with payment, invalid address etc., if received before 3:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday; excludes Saturday, Sunday and holidays upon receipt of payment. All domestic and International parcels will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. International buyers may contact us for shipping destinations and request a rate quote before making their purchase. Expedited shipping or Express Mail Service is available upon request at an additional charge. If you need further information, please contact us prior to making your purchase(s).

Invalid Shipping Address - Returned Parcels:
Any item(s) shipped to the address provided by the purchaser and returned by the carrier(s), as “Invalid Address, Undeliverable, Unclaimed, Refused, and Forwarding Order Expired” or for any reason(s), will incur an additional shipping expense to reship the parcel. We will issue a request for payment for the re-shipping charges. Failure or refusal to provide payment within (10) Ten days will constitute your inaction as a “Returned Item” and will incur a 30% restocking fee, postage, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. The remaining proceeds will be refunded to your credit card. We only ship to the address provided by you, that which is printed on your final invoice. We assume no responsibility or liability for customer errors.

Returns & Exchanges:
You will need to contact us for a Return Authorization. All returned items must be shipped postage prepaid via the (USPS) United States Postal Service, and not through Fed Ex, UPS, DHL etc, which do not deliver to Post Office Boxes.

All products are pre-tested before shipment as a quality control measure, which virtually eliminates the incident of defective components. However, we realize in rare instances that may be unavoidable. If you happen to receive a defective component, please contact us for a return and replacement within three days of receiving item(s). All components have a warranty against defects for a period of 90 days.

The component will undergo thorough inspection and testing. If it is determined the component is defective, we will replace it. However, if determined the component was not defective or purchased from us or incorrectly installed that caused the failure, or modified in any way will void your warranty. Your item returned to you at your expense. For defective component(s), please contact us for a Return Authorization before returning.

For any reasons you decide to return the component(s), it will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Component(s) must be returned postage-shipping prepaid within (7) days upon receiving, in prior like condition and not sustain damage upon return to qualify for a product refund. It is the buyer’s responsibility to receive confirmation and to ensure their return item(s) reaches our facility safely in undamaged saleable condition. Items received for product refund must be complete with no missing parts, pieces or damage. Items received with missing parts, pieces and damage will not be accepted and returned to the buyer at their expense. Postage, Shipping and Handling Fees are non-refundable. You will need to contact us prior for a Return Authorization before returning item(s) to our facility.

Out of Stock Items:
On occasion we may experience a sudden demand for a particular product and deplete our stock before our next shipment arrives. In addition, when a limited supply or discontinued items sell out, they will no longer be available from the manufacturer. Therefore, we reserve the right to substitute an equivalent or upgraded replacement on discontinued and out of stock item(s), unless beforehand you had specified otherwise.

Misprint & Listing Errors
Although, never intentional from time to time a listing(s) may have misprinted information or listing error(s). We reserve the right to correct any incorrect information, listing errors and cancel any order as a result. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

Privacy Policy:
We respect your privacy and will not sell your personal information to third parties. We will only contact you via email to discuss or notify of any changes and issues with your order.

CPU FANS will not be held responsible or liable for any damages due to negligence, incompetence and a lack of knowledge on the part of the end user (buyer) when it comes to selecting the correct components and proper repair of their electronic equipment. We have no control over that aspect of it. All too often, some customers overestimate their ability to diagnose and repair their own computer. They purchase the item from us and install it to find out the problem is not with the component but with some other issue causing it. We always advise our customers to enlist the assistance of a professional technician in diagnosing and repairing their computer rather than randomly purchasing parts to try in hoping this will fix the problem. We assume the (buyer) people that purchase these PC components are competent, have a working knowledge of computers, understanding and experience with repairing electronic equipment.
